We are proud to introduce the latest enhancement for our best seller disc couplings. For the Servoflex SFC SA2<\/a> and SFC DA2<\/a> series, we now offer our customers a version for use in clean rooms: the Servoflex SFC SA2 C<\/a> and the Servoflex SFC DA2 C<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The coupling complies with ISO Class 6 and is cleaned, assembled and packaged under clean room required conditions. The lightweight and high-strength aluminum alloy provides extremely high torsional stiffness due to its low inertia and at the same time offers the possibility to compensate axial and angular misalignment.<\/p>\n

The design of the clean room couplings corresponds to that of the standard SFC models<\/a>, but it was necessary to modify some technical details. To meet clean room requirements, the surface coating was changed to a non-outgassing option, and the screw locking and material design for the screws was reconfigured. With these optimizations and the creation of a dust-free workstation for assembly, Miki Pulley can now serve a previously inaccessible market segment.<\/p>\n
