Your Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for the safety brake product business in the EU, with a focus on the DACH countries.
• Conducting market analyses and demand forecasts in the safety brake segment
• Providing technical advice and conducting sales discussions with engineers, technicians, and technical staff
• Following up on quotes and building long-term customer relationships
• Providing technical support during the development phase and designing customer-specific solutions; participating in trade shows and events for new customer acquisition and market development

Your Profile

• Experience in the field of safety brakes and electromechanical drive components
• Completed technical and/or business education, ideally with further training
• Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for sales
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Independent, structured, and organized work style
• Affinity for and technical understanding of mechanical engineering and drive technology
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and a customer-oriented mindset and approach
• Experience working with ERP systems (enterprise resource planning systems)
